Hello, I started muscleathome.com in early 2011 to keep myself accountable during P90X.  I chose to do P90X because I wanted a program that contained both weight lifting exercises and cardiovascular exercise that could be done at home.

Looking back after doing both the P90X and the Insanity workout programs, I was likely not in good enough shape to jump into P90X and definitely should have done the Insanity workout program before doing P90X to lose weight and improve my cardiovascular level first. Since the completion of these programs and continuing to follow the at-home workout programs that are produced by Beachbody, I was and am always asked what program I have been doing at the gym. When I answer I haven’t been to a gym in over five years, people are shocked and immediately want to know my secret.

This is exact reason I chose to become Team Beachbody coach.  As a coach, I advise people on what program would be best suited for them as well as answer any questions that may arise regarding diet, fitness, nutritional supplements, and any other questions or concerns they may have. My goal is help other people transform their lives with these programs like they have ultimately changed mine.

I used to think my everyday aches, overall weight gain, and everyday “blah” feeling was just a by-product of getting older. Today I can say with certainty, it was not age – it was allowing my health to diminish by not exercising and not eating properly. Thanks to programs like P90X and Insanity, my outlook on life has completely transpired, and I hope they can help change you as well.
