Can you Really Get in Shape in 6 Short Weeks?
Slim in 6 comes directly to your home from the world famous fitness trainer Debbie Seibers. Not many people believe it is possible to get in shape in as little as six weeks, but this program has produced amazing results in both women and men. While I would not recommend this program for people who are looking to maintain their fitness levels and toned body year round, I do believe it is perfect for anyone who needs to get in shape in a somewhat limited amount of time for say a wedding, high school reunion, or any other event where you want to look your best.
Slim in 6 Training Principle
The secret to getting in shape in as little as six weeks is what Debbie calls her Slim Training Technique. This training method combines light resistance training with cardiovascular exercise to burn fat and shape your muscles. It is what I like to think of as circuit training with an extra kick.
This exercise program is not overly intense, but it will get you results. Debbie keeps the training level adaptable for all fitness levels, and you can always slow it down if you’re a beginner. What I really like about her as a trainer is the way she makes sure you stay focused on proper form rather than stressing the lifting heavy weights or completing lots of sloppy reps that can easily lead to injury.

About an hour length each, there are three easy to follow workouts in the Slim in 6 workout program:
